Terms

These terms cover Desto Finger: the Telegram bot @DestoeFingerBot, the apps and the web app. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Desto Finger.

Your account

• You sign in with Telegram, so you need a Telegram account and must follow Telegram's terms.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your Telegram account secure.

Play fair

Please don't:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or play from several accounts to win games or tournaments
• pick game names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or break the law
• harass other players, or spam invites, friend requests or groups
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the game

We can remove game names, end games, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Tournaments

Tournaments are for fun. Desto Finger has no prizes, payments or betting, and you must not use it for gambling. Anyone who runs a tournament is responsible for how they run it.

The game

• Desto Finger is free. There are no ads and nothing to buy.
• We work to keep it running, but it is provided as it is: games can be interrupted, and features can change or stop. We are not responsible for lost games, scores or results.
• The Desto Finger name, logo, artwork and software belong to us. The game of Desto itself belongs to everyone who grew up playing it.

Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We can stop offering Desto Finger, or end an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using Desto Finger. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact
