Delete your Desto Finger account

Your Desto Finger account is the same in Telegram, the app and the web app, so deleting it once deletes it everywhere.

In Telegram (no app needed)

Open the bot and confirm. You can also send /delete to@DestoeFingerBot at any time.

In the app

Open the Me tab and tap Delete account. This works the same in the web app.

When it happens

Your account is deleted 24 hours after you confirm. Until then it works as usual, and you can keep it with one tap: Keep my account in the app or the bot. After that it can't be undone. If you use Desto Finger again with the same Telegram or Google account, you start over with a new, empty account.

What is deleted

your name and game name (handle)
your sign-in methods (Telegram, Google, password)
your sign-in sessions
your friends and friend requests
games you're still playing are forfeited, and rooms or Tournaments you organise that haven't started yet are cancelled

What stays

finished games and Tournament results, so other players' scores still add up, under an anonymous name such as deleted_player_7k2q
messages already posted in Telegram groups and channels, which may still show your old name
security logs that hold only an internal ID
if the account was banned, one-way codes made from your Telegram ID and Google account ID, so the ban still applies if either signs up again

Can't sign in?

Email hello@destofinger.com with your game name. We'll reply to confirm it's your account, then delete it.
